E-Bike Levo Turbo

The Turbo Levo is the most famous e-mountain bike in the world. Inspired by the stump jumper, we gave the Turbo Levo a light, stiff, yet powerful chassis - and also equipped it with the smoothest and most powerful engine we have ever built. And to anticipate it: It also has enough battery power for the longest days in the saddle. An absolute revolution!

Stumpjumper EVO Comp Alloy 29

Let's get something clear—the Stumpjumper EVO Comp Alloy 29 isn't a "normal" trail bike. It's built to get gnarly, and there's no real way around that. It has a slacked-out front-end and a longer top tube, so the EVO has heavier steering, exceptional front-end traction, and it begs you to boost every lip and do cutties as often as possible. And with all the speed that 29ers are known for, you're going to be able to bomb down trails that you thought you couldn't touch without a full-blown DH rig. When the goin' gets rowdy, the rowdy get goin'.

NEW FOR KIDS! KIDSBIKE NS NERD JR

The philosophy behind the development of these frames was to keep things as simple as possible and provide great price, performance and reliability. and indeed - all the models in the range received stellar grades from our development team and test riders. The range includes the nerd lite - an aggressive 29” new-school trail bike with 120mm frame travel and modern geometry. on the other side of the spectrum you will find the nerd hd - a long travel machine for enduro and bike parks with a unique 29” front and 27.5” rear wheel setup. and then there is the nerd jr - the ultimate kids full suspension bike supplied with 24” wheels, but with an option to upgrade to 26”.

Guarantee: A valid official ID with photo must be deposited at the rental centre. Damage to the rented objects caused by the customer shall be compensated in full.

Takeover: The customer confirms with his signature that the rented objects have been checked by him at the time of takeover and that they have no obvious defects and are fully functional. If defects are discovered during the takeover of the rented objects, they must be immediately brought to the attention of the personnel of the rental centre. All rented objects may only be used by the customer himself.

Return: The rented objects are to be returned to the staff of the rental centre on time at the end of the agreed rental period, cleaned, complete and in the condition in which they were taken over. The latest return time is 5 p.m. In the event that the rented objects are not returned on time without prior notification to the rental centre staff, criminal charges will be filed immediately. In the event of both unannounced and announced overdraft of the agreed rental period, the additional rental period shall be charged. The costs for a possible return transport of the rented objects, which were delivered or left behind at another place than the rental centre, are borne exclusively by the customer.

Damage liability: The customer is liable to Dolomite Bike for any damage caused to the rented equipment during the rental period (with the following exceptions: wear material). The use of the rented objects is at customer’s own risk. It is recorded that the customer makes the choice of the material, in particular the size and the equipment etc., himself. Dolomite Bike shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever to persons, property or assets incurred by the customer in the course of the use of the rented objects. In addition to that, Dolomit Bike shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or financial loss suffered by third parties in this connection and the customer shall indemnify Dolomite Bike against any and all claims arising therefrom. Furthermore, with his signature, the customer declares that he has sufficient personal liability insurance cover to ensure that any damage is covered.

Insurance: Insofar as the above insurance package has been taken out, the customer‘s liability shall be modified to the extent that the customer is not liable for damage to the rented objects (e.g. due to falls, etc.) caused by the customer itself during the rental period. However, the customer‘s liability for intentional or wilful damage is expressly excluded from this insurance cover.

Theft / Loss: The rented items are not insured against theft and loss and must therefore be compensated by the customer in the aforementioned cases in the amount of the replacement value.

Selection of the terrain: The selection of the terrain on which the rented objects are to be used is made exclusively at the customer’s own instigation, responsibility and risk. If the rented objects are used within the Bikepark Lienz, the rules of conduct prescribed there must be observed.

Under-age: Customers between the ages of 16 and 18 declare with their signature that they have the permission and consent of a parent or legal guardian to conclude the tenancy in question. For customers under the age of 16, this registration shall be signed by a parent or guardian.

Privacy: With my signature, I give my express consent to the manual and electronic recording and processing by Dolomite Bike of my personal data listed above on the basis of the relevant statutory provisions (Art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR) and acknowledge that this data processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose of this contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR).

The purpose of the processing is exclusively to ensure the orderly execution of the rental agreement and the possibly necessary enforcement or defence of claims arising from the agreement. The data processing takes place exclusively for these purposes and the data in question will be treated confidentially. This data will be deleted at the end of the calendar year in which the rental agreement was concluded, unless it is required to enforce any claims against the customer or to defend against claims made by the customer, his legal representatives or third parties, and unless longer data storage is required by law. Dolomite Bike, Tiroler Straße 23, 9900 Lienz, is responsible for the processing activity described here. I acknowledge that the collection, processing and storage of my personal data is necessary to fulfill the above purpose and in the event of non-availability a rental is not possible. Due to the relevant data protection regulations, I have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability and objection (by post to Dolomite Bike, Tiroler Straße 23, 9900 Lienz) as well as the right to complain to the data protection authority (https://www.dsb.gv.at).

Miscellanoeus: With his signature the customer declares that he has read, understood and accepted the rental conditions. Insofar as individual provisions of the registration form are or become void or ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The void or ineffective provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the (economic) purpose of the void or ineffective provision.
